We are sorry that you feel our customer service to be ‘abysmal’ as we were trying our best to resolve the situation, following your decision to cancel your holiday. The Managing Director is sorry that he and other members of our staff appeared rude, this was certainly not the intention. He would be happy to discuss this with you further, please call at your convenience. We pride ourselves on our customer service, as can be seen from much of our feedback, and can only put this down to a misunderstanding and perhaps expectations beyond what we are able to do in the circumstances.

Very friendly and helpful service. We had to move our honeymoon booking to next year as our wedding had been re-scheduled. This was not a problem and all was conducted smoothly. Thank you!
