great experience
he was very thorough and double checked everything my name is splled irvon instead of irvin. this happens frequently and do not expect it to be a problem . it is spelled irvin on the credit card...

I wish to receive a confirmation and the time of pickup at the hotel. We have received an email for Chichen Itza but not for Tulum. How come?
