Can’t talk to anyone, chat isn’t manned, no timings offered & dpd have not got my parcel

Hello, I’m sorry you have had an issue with your delivery. We did reply to your email this morning and your parcel is at the drop off shop as you requested. I have spoken to DPD to confirm that it is still there. If you can’t get it from the drop off shop please contact us by email and we can investigate further.

Avoid!!
Despatched very quickly however DPD delivered to the wrong house. Its been 2 weeks and Vetmedi are saying it was delivered correctly. The pictures of the delivery is clearly not my house....
This is the second time my order has come with a broken tub. Care needs to be taken when you pack parcels. I did email you and had no response!

Hello. I’m sorry that you have had an issue with your delivery. We do always send the items with plenty of packaging. There has been an issue with the courier on this so we will investigate.
