I am sorry for this experience. I have looked into your order which was placed on Friday 23rd February for a prescription only veterinary medication. The prescription has to be verified first by a veterinary surgeon so was dispensed and dispatched on the following Monday 26th February. The free standard delivery is track 48 which usually takes 2-3 days but can take upto 7 days. Your order was delivered at 13:27 on the 1st March. If you contact us before you place your next order we will give you complementary express delivery.
