There was no one at the airport to meet me upon arrival. I had to wait an hour after landing and contacting your office for what was only a 10 minute transfer. Will catch a taxi next time

Driver was waiting for us at the arrivals area, showed us to the car and drove us to our hotel in Lake Garda. Very comfortable car, pleasant journey and polite driver. Will definitely use again.
