Poor service due to high workload
Staff are overwhelmed with caseload and should turn down new business in order to look after current customers. As a result of high workload service is lacking to say the least.

This does not explain the seven weeks in which nothing was done before the lady went sick. If there was a problem during this time, why wasn’t this explained? Al I got was continual reassurances that everything was going ahead as normal when that was far from being the case. I appreciate that Covid has caused problems for everyone, but that doesn’t mean that you should just fob people off with no explanations.
