Good afternoon, I have looked into your enquiry and found that you are using the Innokin Endura T18II Kit. Whilst this device is great, it is not powerful enough to heat up and subsequently vape the 70/30 VG/PG eliquids that you have purchased, this is why you have found the liquid thick and syrupy.
For this device, you need to ensure that you are purchasing and using 50/50 VG/PG eliquids. These are thinner and designed to be used in low powered devices like yours. If you need further assistance choosing the perfect eliquid for you, please do get in touch and we can assist you further!
