Ordered on the 18th January. Dispatched on the 19th with express delivery. Still waiting now on the 31st January. Email sent a few days ago with no reply from the company. Sent another 2 days ago.

Hi Jamie,
I can see your initial replacement arrived on the 27th, and your second replacement arrived on the 2nd. This unfortunately shows the issues we've been having with Royal Mail, and why we must wait the 10 working days before issuing a replacement package.
I'm glad you got your orders, we hope you're enjoying your E Liquids!
It's been about 2 weeks and I haven't received a package yet. There's not even any tracking information available. This should be provided.

I'm very sorry for the delay in delivery you've experienced. I can see a replacement package was sent out to you via express delivery yesterday. As for tracking, I'm afraid it seems while Royal Mail catch up with their backlog, only basic tracking information is available (it only shows when the item was delivered).
Your replacements should be with you soon, any further issues please don't hesitate to get in touch.

I ordered CBD oil and received wrong order with 10x 10ml nicotine liquids and contacted customer service they asked to send the pic of the order. After I sent it didn't hear anything back from them....

Hello Dale,
Today I have just received your package however you sent me 10ml bottles of the CBD liquid as opposed to the 50ML bottles i paid for. You also said you would double up the whole order however some items are missing. I am not very impressed. Please can you get back to me as soon as possible to resolve this.

I have the order confirmation here which shows the additional E Liquids in the correct sizes, this must have been a mixup while the package was being picked. I'm very sorry about that.
If you could please contact us via the support desk (https://vapoholic.co.uk/contact-us/) with a picture of the incorrect E Liquids (the 10ml's you received) we'll send out the correct ones straight away.

Got the wrong order to start with but they rectified very quickly and sent the correct order out express delivery. Love the flavours and will be ordering from them from now on.
