Hello Linda, Sorry for the delay in responding I was away we should have done better with your issue. We do deliver to Port Carlisle same day but our new member of staff got a bit mixed up. The driver had already left for the Port Carlisle area and he had several deliveries he was not going to get back in time to do another run, we should have explained that to you As a family business we take great pride in the service we offer but on this occassion we fell short, please accept our sincere apologies. regards Alison & John
