Hi there, We're very sorry you felt like this and if you would like to email us we would be happy to discuss your experience. Our Driftwood tours are a more gentle pace while still trying to see as much as you can. Our guide's usually do wear a mask for protection, we do advise our guests to as well but it is up to each individual person.
