I’m 6ft and the medium was spot on. I think the large would been fairly oversized

The sling cannot be changed to the other side so unfortunately doesn’t work for me. Have returned for a different brand one that can be alternated between sides

Excellent quality shirt and great colour in the Smoulder Blue option. Would definitely recommend sizing down though.
