The customer service was very good because they specialise in fans and have quite a lot of different models to choose from. It was a good choice to go there rather than the big hardware chain stores.

The whole experience from start to finish was streamlined. The fans are installed and so far working well.

Universal Fans에 대한 Sandra Baird의 의견:
Service was fantastic!! Product excellent with a huge range to choose from
Very responsive to calls when I had a query about the product. A very easy website to navigate and I purchased exactly what I needed when there was little choice else where. Delivery very prompt.
