Thanks for your feedback. The manufacturer warranty is entirely optional as advised to our customers, given they can attend in home with an appointed electrician and at no cost to the customer.
Of course, we’re always happy to offer a direct replacement, if preferred. Regarding the warranty itself, manufacturers as well as ourselves, want to be as environmentally responsible as possible depending on the issue at hand it may be just a part replacement and there would be no point replacing an entire fan if the issue can be resolved with this. If you require any assistance with your warranty claim, please let us know.
