Extremely fast service and very helpful with determining the correct fan for our company. Our company is located near a beach so it was essential we picked the correct material.

Hi, thanks for reviewing us, it’s lovely to hear your order arrived on time. Regarding the noise, it’s difficult to say whether your fan is operating correctly or not based on your comments alone. Although the Eco Silent should operate very quietly, people have different levels of sensitivity to noise. However, we would like to look into this for you because in some cases a noisy fan may indicate a fault. You can contact our warranty team by emailing service@universalfans.com.au .
