Communication was good until delivery.
At delivery I was not asked to sign for the goods.
Goods are partially damaged. I will have to repair prior to installing for my client

As well as your rights under consumer law, the SAV30 is covered by a 10-year warranty, and we would encourage you to raise a claim by emailing service@universalfans.com.au. Regarding the signature, like most freight carriers, our courier has had to implement new procedures in response to COVID-19. These procedures include minimising contact between the driver and the customer. We know that this is unusual, but everyone involved is doing their best under the circumstances.
