I had to exchange a fan I bought and they were very helpful and agreed to exchange as I had not opened it. Was able to get the correct fan from their large range.
Efficient service, but fan not working to expectations.

delivery took a while, but yes, I will use them next time

Although there's always a tradeoff between noise and airflow, a rattle can sometimes indicate an installation issue. Excellent service! I installed an exhaust fan for my customer and it vibrated badly. I was promptly sent a replacement after some intelligent questions were asked
