Questionable customer service
Questionable customer service, very abrupt - almost as if they didn't want to do the job!

Thank you for your feedback. I am suprised you have questioned our service when we printed and delivered the parasols within 5 working days when the usual lead time is 2-3 weeks? We also had to chase you for payment and processed your order before this was received to ensure we could meet your deadline. I have emailed you for further clarification.

Great product.
The product is great. The only thing that wasn’t quite perfect was the communication which was lacking and a little abrupt especially at the design stage.
However, I would buy from Umbrella Store...
