Good Morning Steve,

I firstly want to sincerely apologize for the delay with your order and explain the changes we have made to ensure this does not happen again.
We also want to thank you for your feedback as the website is only a few months old and we are constantly updating it to make it better. 
The Demidekk Windows and Doors product is a special order item and the website should not have sent an email saying it would be delivered next day.  We have changed this now and also put in place an email alert to tell customers if their web order has been delayed for any reason.
We would also like to offer you £60 off your next order with us as a goodwill gesture.

Hi Giles, Thanks for getting back, which is appreciated. Your changes are timely as, obviously, if I had been told the product was not in stock I would not have expected next day delivery. However I'm pleased to say the order has finally arrived this morning and I've just signed for it, However a further refinement for your site would be to make it easier to leave an instruction for your couriers to leave it in a safe place so you don't have to wait in. Good luck with the site and thanks for the money off offer. By the way, the young lady who mans your salesline is extremely helpful. Regards Steve Clarke
