We understand and appreciate that the last year has been difficult and we would have hoped camp would have been a great opportunity to enjoy activities with their friends. We are sorry that your son did not enjoy his day, unfortunately we did have some activity restrictions in place this Easter due to Covid-19 we couldn't use Zorbs at any of our locations which we know would have been a disappointment. Thank you for your feedback and review. None of our Easter 2021 timetables included Zorbing, as we were unable to run this activity due to Covid guidelines. We also do not have access to trampolines at Abingdon School as per our locations page on the website where we do not promote this an available activity. Please note any timetables displayed on our website example timetables and clearly marked as such. To give parents a flexible service and allow late bookings, we do not confirm timetables until a few days before as we continue to take bookings and as such group numbers/timetables cannot be confirmed until the week before. Your children were grouped in the correct age-appropriate groups, and we also fulfilled your child's friend requests as per your booking.
