Sadly dissappointed again

Ensure you provide what you advertise. My son was looking forward to being able to Swim and yet again the activity was not on - on the day he attended.

Thank you for your review and feedback. We are sorry to hear there was some upset with lack of swimming, unfortunately as per government guidelines, we were only able to offer swimming from the 12th April at locations where we had the facility to offer this as an activity. This was communicated to customers prior to the start of the camp season. We apologise if this was not received ahead of your child attendance, as we made effort to make this transparent in emails and on our website.
