Thank you for taking your time to comment on our FeeFo site. Sorry to hear that you feel that the customer service department was rude to yourself for which I apologies, and of course will bring this up in our next meeting. Looking back at your order, Payment failed through SagePay of which we have no control over as this is a secure payment site for internet shopping payments. I see once you called, the payment was taken instore and dispatched the same day.

Thank you for your feed back on FeeFo, with this information we can strive to make shopping better and easier. Sorry to hear about the damage to the paint. Looking at your order, the paint in question was sent directly from our suppliers to ensure the quickest delivery to you. I will take this up with them so they are aware, so if needed they can address the possible packaging issue within transportation. Please remember we do say sign all goods as unchecked or damaged if noticeable so a claim can be made in the event of damage.
