This isn’t the same. The liquid is clear and has no taste of silver. I want to return it. I think it is just water

Hi Kendall. As particle size is more important than PPM, the colour will vary but there should always be a metallic taste. Can you give us the batch number on the bottle please so we can test the batch sample? Our manufacturing process includes Quality Control Tests & there is no possible way water could be substituted for colloidal silver as all bottles are filled after passing these tests. We are more than happy to send you a replacement if you are not satisfied
