Hi Aasta - I responded through your order receipt. My sincere apologies but your order has been delayed by the change in export/import issues & there are massive export issues from the UK to the EU at the moment. In fact, we had to cancel the DPD shipment and resend your order by Parcelforce, which also seems to be delayed at customs. We are monitoring these daily and sending out tracking information - I am worried you haven't received anything. Neil
