The company need to be honest at time of booking not just look for the sale

24hours before we were due to leave were told the hotel was overbooked and moved to shanklin beach hotel which although the room was clean the hotel area was not bar area and dining room left a lot...

On the very rare occasions when this happens we always ensure our guests are moved to a hotel of the same standard. It is certainly never our intention to overbook a hotel.
