Thanks for your response. I'm not entirely sure what happened in regard to your reservation as mentioned above. We are showing that you cancelled and rebooked your show and were issued a refund of $39.18 for the one ticket in which you cancelled. We show no mention of a gift certificate nor anything other than a refund for the one ticket you cancelled. Did you book something else with Tripster?
