They receive several notifications and reports to expect your arrival. We are glad to hear they were able to accommodate your reservation as ordered.

Upon purchase, you would have received a confirmation email with your E-tickets. If you selected to have them sent by regular mail, these would arrive within 3-7 business days. If you are having trouble receiving your vouchers, please feel free to reach out to our customer service department for assistance.

Thank you for the information about packages. We are always updating and changes the packages offered on our website. Even without a package, we still offer great savings on ticket types to many of the area venue’s compared to the gate price.
