I use your website all the time and think it is excellent!

it was aweful. I got to the place to pick up my car and they sai they did not except my visa debit! There no other car in the area I lived in to rent. So yeah this experience was aweful

The only thing I had any issues with was the fact that the website said there was no front desk and to call the hotel to make arrangements. I called and there is a front desk.

Needed better map details on motel location

I have used Travelocity a number of times and I am not computer smart so I phoned customer service and they booked my flights to me destination for me Great service and very curtious Thank You

Easy to use

I got a great price and the entire booking process was very quick and easy. I also called in to speak to a Travelocity agent and she was friendly and helpful.

This is the second time we have booked withTravelocity and this is the second time we are very pleased. We have not taken the trip yet so the rest remains to be seen.
