The site is easy to use and always provides a lot of choices that are easy to sort and filter.

I like at least looking on your site before planning a trip. Why? Because I often gain a better perspective of my choices, whether the choices involve my flight, place to stay, or rental car.

I like not having to prepay like some other sites. And, I feel comfortable that I have the best rate.

Travelocity had great service when I needed a last minute reservation. While the hotel was not exceptional, Travelocity was!
