easy to navigate the system..

the inability to receive a zero balance receipt of the funds paid for the room on this stay created significant problems for me to be reimbursed by the state of washington through washington state...

Very easy to do. Was a bit surprised about the $15 service fee. Other sites don't charge.

I like the old feature where you can look at rates within 7 days in a table
