Booking is always easy with you. I appreciate all the disclosures - what's included/not, refundable/not, breakfast/not. I also like the text with info on the booking.

The site switched the dates on me without me noticing and I booked flights for the wrong dates. I had to cancel the flights and rebook. Very frustrating.
