The grass was healthy, delivered on schedule and they put it right at the end of the drive, which I appreciated as I was handballing it all across one roll at a time :-)

I am sorry to hear that you have not been happy with our response. I can assure you that all our turf is harvested fresh for the orders that we have. We do recommend that turf is laid the day it is delivered and within 24hrs in autumn and winter. We will continue to work with you to try and resolve this matter.
