We're happy to hear that you had a great time on your trip enjoying the beautiful Turkish coast and that your Trip Leader and crew really added to your experience! We are however sorry to read that your booking experience fell short of your expectations and you were left frustrated with the communication and turnaround times. Please note that we use a range of suppliers in order to deliver our trips so when we receive requests such as baggage storage, we are required to liaise with our suppliers to check if they can accommodate to such requests. We appreciate that you were wanting updates on the matter but we can only relay information once we have an update, which we understand took a few days. We’re sorry this took longer than you expected and for the consequent frustration caused. We really appreciate your patience during this time and we thank you for your feedback as it allows us to continuously improve.
