Thank you for such an incredible review of your Greece: Sail & Swim trip with Topdeck. We're absolutely thrilled to hear you had such an amazing week! It’s great to know that your Trip Leader made sure everyone felt looked after from start to finish, especially when the weather decided to throw in an unexpected plot twist. Knowing you felt supported and got home safely means a lot to us. We're also so happy to hear the crew helped make the trip so memorable. Thank you for your review. We're so glad to hear you had a great time exploring Europe and that your Trip Leader helped make the trip such a memorable one! It's fantastic to know you enjoyed discovering so many new places and loved your time in Italy. We appreciate your feedback regarding the accommodation during the heatwave. The temperatures experienced during your trip were unusually high, and while air conditioning isn't always common in some parts of the UK and France, we understand this would have made for some uncomfortable nights. We also appreciate you sharing your experience with the Topdeck app. We're sorry to hear the issues with registration and payments affected parts of the group, and we've passed your comments on to our Web team as we continue working to improve the app experience. Thanks again for taking the time to share your feedback. We're delighted to hear you enjoyed the trip overall, and we hope to welcome you on another adventure soon! 😊
