I can see from the case you had active with us that this was raised with us around 2pm on Monday (Bank Holiday) so you were emailed asking for a couple of images on Tuesday 27th to see if the issue could be resolved with any troubleshooting advise. Once the issue was diagnosed, a refund was processed back to your original payment method at 938am on Wednesday to resolve your issue with us.
