covers what i need but could of been better at letting me know when i paid i was covered
I PAID FOR MY INSURANCE 3 WEEKS AGO AND HAVE NOT GOT A COPY OF MY INSURANCE, I ONLY GOT IT CONFIRMED THAT I WAS COVERED AFTER I EMAILED THE FIRM, STILL WAITING ON A COPY OF MY POLCIY

I'm sorry to hear that you didn't receive your policy documents straight away. We do email these out to customers automatically after they purchase but occasionally they can get caught in spam filters. I've resent your policy schedule and wording just now so hopefully you've received them.
