Process was really quick and services were easy to use, and tinhat had the best offer for my mobile phone insurance.

I haven't received any email confirmation or paperwork, so I have no idea if I'm covered or what to do if I need to make a claim

Thanks for taking the time to leave your feedback, and I'm sorry that you didn't receive your policy schedule straight away.
Occasionally they get caught in spam filters, but I manually re-forwarded it to you just now so hopefully you've receive it? Please let me know either way.

I contacted our policy administrator, and they've confirmed that they couldn't process your claim because you weren't able to provide suitable evidence of ownership. If you disagree with this I'd recommend that you submit a complaint by emailing complaints@supercoverinsurance.com or by calling 02037 949300.
