Emailed twice and phoned to get clarification on conflicting wording in their documents. Got zero response from Tick. Cancelled the insurance

Also requested a FULL refund prior to departure and STILL have not had any response or refund to date.

Easy to purchase although annual travel is better value if you travel slot.
