Thank you for your feedback and very sorry that your order has not been delivered yet. Due to the value it was sent with a courier rather than just through the post for added security and I think this has caused the issue. As discussed on the phone it is leaving again today with additional instructions that it can be left with a neighbour so hopeful you will have tomorrow.
