Thank you very much for your positive rating and for your comments about the team at our Bradford site, Steven and Dan always aim to be as helpful as possible so they will be delighted to hear this. In terms of how long customers can store their items for, you can store for as long or short as you need to. We do have a 2-week notice requirement to end your storage contract, which means that the minimum charge would be for 2 weeks of rental, even if you used less time than this. This is very much in line with industry norms. We charge on a 4-weekly basis and when you leave, any time you have paid for and not used is refunded to you and this is calculated to the day. In terms of prices in general, we appreciate your comments on this. We do feel that we offer the best value self storage in the local area, and we regularly check our prices to make sure this is the case.
