First of all thanks for the positive rating. We are glad that you enjoyed using our facility. In terms of the issue with the lift gate, this is something we are aware of and we have had a number of lift companies down to look at the gate catch. We take the convenience and safety of our customers extremely seriously so please rest assured that this matter is being resolved and will be fixed very shortly once the right part has been delivered. In the meantime we have put a chain and padlock around the gates to stop them from opening without a person from The Store Room being present. Thanks. Dan

Thanks for the positive comments Sharon, I will pass them on to the team in Rotherham. In terms of the Sunday access, we certainly appreciate what you're saying and we have recently introduced a 24 hour access area at our Rotherham site which in future should help. Dan
