In terms of our pricing, I am sorry to read that you were dissappointed. We do conduct regular price checks on our local competitors and we always aim to offer the most competitive prices and best value storage in the local area, and in general we find that we do that. In the event that we do not work out the cheapest, we have a ‘Price Promise’ which means that we will match any like-for-like local price. I certainly appreciate that when there is a change in what you pay (for example, when a 12-month initial discount comes to an end) that nobody likes that, but please be assured this is something we do keep a close eye on and we always aim to keep our prices as low as possible for our customers.
