Thank you for taking the time to review our Bradford self storage facility and for your positive rating. We really appreciate your feedback about the lift doors as this is the kind of detail that helps us improve our customer experience. We will certainly take onboard your feedback about the use of the lifts so that we can further improve the customer experience, and we do encourage everyone to close the doors fully after use so that people on other floors can continue to use the lift. We will keep reinforcing that message so access stays smooth for everyone. We’re delighted you would use us again and look forward to helping you with any future self storage needs you may have.
