Products dispatched very quickly, once the right product was found from the website. I had trouble ordering glass bottles, which had been accidentally left to one section with old codes.

Apologies over the confusion with bottles on our website. We are updating all container sections over time to make them easier to understand but had overlooked some duplicates but this is now fixed. The Dowanol works well as an alcohol-free diluent as you would ideally use it with 25-30% fragrance which covers any natural odour in the product.
