Hi Mark, Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. I think that the way you have spun this is unfair and making yourself look nice for your final photo and if you chose to get a spray tan (totally everyone’s choice of which only a fraction did) it doesn’t make you lose 3-4 dress sizes, or gain a set of abs. As you can see from the thousands of results the y are life changing and most do not get a tan. I’m also sorry you only managed to get about halfway through the programme. I wish you had reached out so I could have helped you stay on track and then maybe your review would have been different 🤔 who knows 🤷🏻‍♂️.
