Hi Lucy, Thank you for taking the time to leave your feedback, and I’m genuinely pleased to hear you found our coaches amazing. I’m sorry to hear PAUSE didn’t meet your expectations. I would, however, respectfully disagree with your suggestion that we’re “cashing in” on menopause. PAUSE was created because thousands of women who had completed The Six Pack Revolution asked for a programme designed specifically for the challenges of perimenopause and menopause. While the nutritional principles and recipes are shared because they are effective, where the menopause magic happens and evidence-based, PAUSE offers a completely different low-impact resistance training programme, Pilates, mindfulness and meditation sessions, expert-led menopause education, live Q&As with specialists, and coaching tailored specifically to menopausal women. To be very clear, none of this is on any of the other programmes.. We also continue to add new recipes and educational content. We understand that no programme will be the right fit for everyone, and we respect your opinion. However, we’re incredibly proud of the positive impact PAUSE has had on thousands of women, many of whom tell us it has helped them regain confidence, improve symptoms and feel like themselves again. I also noticed unless I’m mistaken that you didn’t finish the programme. As I always ask on every zoom, post and video that if you’re struggling to let me know and then I can help you. In future please reach out to me so we can help you move forward ( I could have moved you to another programme for example or at least chatted things through).
