Hi Mary, Thanks for taking the time to leave a review. As explained before we start, you don't have to engage on any noise on Facebook at all as at the top of your group there are 3 folders with absolutely everything you need to do the programme. You do not have to scroll anywhere at all, if you would rather not be a part of the community. On that basis, surely if everything is in 3 folders, it couldn't be more simple. I explain at every opportunity, that we are available for you, all day everything day, including myself; if you need help, all you have to do is ask and it will be answered in minutes. On every Live zoom, every post and every video, I give all participants the opportunity to ask any questions of which I answer every single one. In fact, it's my favourite subject explaining the Why behind the What of what we do, including all the science.We have tens of thousands of participants all over the world sticking with what they have learnt from this life changing experience, in fact it never leaves them.
