Hi Caroline, Thank you for taking the time to leave your feedback, and I’m really pleased to hear you found BUILD to have some of the most enjoyable workouts. I also appreciate your comments about accountability and coaching. We do actively encourage participants to upload their weekly photos and videos, and we ask on a number of occasions throughout the programme. If someone stops uploading or doesn’t respond to our messages, we try to respect that they may simply not wish to be chased. Equally, if anyone is struggling, we always encourage them to reach out because we’re more than happy to provide extra support. Regarding exercise technique, participant safety is extremely important to us. Whenever we can clearly see an issue from the videos submitted, we will absolutely offer guidance and corrections. However, as an online programme with many participants, it’s not always possible to identify every technical detail from every video. We also try to strike a balance so that newer members don’t feel they’re being singled out or overwhelmed with constant corrections. That said, your feedback is valuable, and we’ll certainly take it on board as we continue to improve the programme.
