Informed my order was dispatched well over a week ago and I still haven’t received it. No communication why.

Hello, Thank you for your comments. I can confirm these have been sent out and a dispatched email was sent to confirm this, your items were sent within 24hrs of ordering meaning delivery would of been with you within 48hrs. We do apologies if you have not received your item which was dispatched on 28/04, due to this we would need to investigate. I have passed your information to the Team to investigate for you. Lee gave me lots of advice when I telephoned the company, even sending me additional photos that helped me make a decision on which doors to choose.
