Great customer service
I had a couple of problems with my orders, which turned out not to be the fault of The Linen Works. I spoke to Yasmin, in their customer service department, who was charming and very helpful.

Apron with delivery during COVID LD2
While I was originally disappointed with the delivery and communication during COVID lockdown 2, when things were getting back to normal, customer service was excellent. Products excellent. Thank you

No response
I had my delivery quite quickly but there was an item missing. I have emailed the customer care twice but have had no response. It is now 3 weeks.

Not great
Sadly not a great experience. Arrived after two days although paid for next-day delivery. And linen is quite thin and not top quality. Sorry!
