I believe that Stilton should be made with raw milk as was the tradition. Therefore, Stichelton is the only "Stilton" I would buy. It is a superb cheese and I would not hesitate to recomend it.

Out of the five cheeses I ordered this was most definitely my favourite. A little bit like Port Salut, but firmer and with more flavour.
